A Message from the Owners:

After 27 years of Owning and Operating the Lighthouse Restaurant (a.k.a. Chart House, Fairport Landing Marina), Tim and Annette have made the decision to Retire from the Restaurant business.

**Tim will still be keeping the Marina, Gas Dock and Storage Facility open for Business.**

We have been trying to Sell the business for some time now. If there is no one out there wishing to continue the Legacy – we will be closing the doors of the restaurant permanently on Sunday November 1st, 2026.

This Mom and Pop Riverside Restaurant has been in business for 44 years.

We have many fond memories, met many Wonderful People from around the Globe and made Countless Friends over the years.
Please help us find someone worthy of keeping the Legacy Thriving.
