🌟 Lunch with Leaders – An Afternoon of Inspiration! 🌟
Yesterday, our Chamber Ambassador Network had the pleasure of hosting another fantastic Lunch with Leaders, and what a great afternoon it was!
First, a HUGE thank you to Salvatore's for opening early to accommodate our private luncheon! The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. 🍽️👏
We were also incredibly fortunate to welcome Michelle Almandinger, Internal Audit Manager at Kent Worldwide, as our featured leader!
With more than 40 years of experience spanning accounting, auditing, operations, and leadership, Michelle shared valuable insights, personal experiences, and plenty of wisdom gained throughout her impressive career.
One of our biggest takeaways? Great leadership isn't about placing blame—it's about finding solutions, encouraging collaboration, and working together to move forward.
Michelle reminded us that while workplaces, technology, and expectations continue to evolve, the fundamentals of strong leadership—accountability, teamwork, adaptability, and respect—remain just as important as ever.
And she certainly proved that accountants can have a great sense of humor, too! 😊
A heartfelt thank you to Michelle for sharing her time and experiences with us, to Salvatore's for being such wonderful hosts, and to all of our Ambassadors who joined us!
💙 This is what the Chamber Ambassador Network is all about—building relationships, learning from one another, and growing as leaders in our community.
