I love food. But it’s not just the obvious things like the flavor, smells, and textures that intrigues me the most. What interests me the most is what food is capable of doing once it enters our body.
If nutrient dense ingredients are chosen correctly, you have the ability to bring balance to your body and mind.
Balance and clarity in your mood and emotions, reduction of inflammation in your joints, skin, stomach, boost energy levels to their optimal levels, reduce visceral fat (bad fat that lines your organs) storage.
I love how food can literally change you. Because your body is simply an accumulation of the food you consume. Crazy right?
For the last 8 years, I’ve put this whole diet to the test and can honestly and truly say that i have never felt this good physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Now, I get to see my coaching clients do the same!
I get to shift their mindsets, I get to shift their habits, I get to clean up their panty, personal care products, cleaning agents, I get to share delicious recipes and techniques that make eating plants a delight, and I get to watch them begin to THRIVE!
It’s a win win win for everyone. They get to start feeling great again, I feel grateful because I am fulfilling my passion of helping others, and the environment feels the benefits of another person shifting towards a more plant-centric lifestyle.
