Growing up in a family working in restaurants gave Eri Hoxha ’11 a strong work ethic and a shared dream of one day owning her own restaurant. Today, she owns Gios Italian Kitchen and Gios Pizzeria Napoletana, turning a passion for management into a thriving business. “I never imagined I’d own a restaurant, but hard work and a willingness to learn every day made it possible,” she says.
Her advice to fellow alumni and current students? Work hard, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to take on new challenges; you never know where they might lead.
