Remember, at Eighth Street, it's always never frozen and local to Oregon. We only use real Oregon bakery buns and real handcrafted ingredients. No bleached, washed lettuce, no frozen burgers, no cheap buns with bleach chemicals, just real, wholesome food always at the most affordable price. We use 5% heavy cream and butterfat for our ice cream. And real beef tallow in-house. Sure, you can get a burger at other places, but can you get an Eighth Street burger?

Introducing the "Sorry Not Sorry" Burger.

This burger features a succulent beef patty topped with grilled Canadian bacon, double-melted Swiss cheese, and an extra helping of bacon, because we believe one type of bacon simply isn't enough. It's available for $16 throughout the month of March. We invite you to indulge in this bacon-filled delight.

And .....you may have noticed that we have transitioned from our well-known "to-go" bags to these new boxes, which appear to be functioning quite effectively. We would appreciate hearing your feedback on this change.
