It's our daughter's wedding week, which means I'm trading in my chef's hat for a party hat!
I'll be taking a cooking break this week, but I'll be back in the kitchen the following week, ready to whip up a storm. So, what's on your wish list for the upcoming menu, because I'm probably going to need some inspiration after this week. 😝

Pecan Cranberry Chicken salad for $15.
This dish features tender chunks of chicken, tart cranberries, crunchy pecans, and sweet apples, making it an excellent choice as a sandwich, with lettuce as a salad, or paired with crackers.

Individual meals; Salisbury meatballs with mashed potatoes and buttery corn are stuffed to the brim and packed with rich homemade flavor, a true comfort food. $10 (with or without the onions and mushrooms)

Shrimp and Cheesy Grits. Stone ground yellow grits, full of flavor cooked with chicken broth, heavy whipping cream and delicious cheeses. Topped with seasoned shrimp, bacon and green onion.

$40 full size 📌 Firecracker casserole; a hearty, Tex-Mex style baked dish that gets its name from its zesty, spicy flavor. It is featuring seasoned ground beef, black beans, green chiles, and a creamy cheese sauce, topped with tortillas

$15 📌 Shrimp over fried rice with yum yum sauce drizzled over the top. Individual bowls

$15 📌 Italian Grinder Salad. Iceberg lettuce, red onion, banana peppers, tomatoes,salami, pepperoni, turkey, provolone cheese, parmesan cheese.

$10 📌 Cracked out Pimento cheese. Traditional pimento cheese—sharp cheddar, mayonnaise, and pimentos—and kick it into overdrive by loading it with crispy bacon, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning.
