Your couch has big plans.

Today brings Vikings vs. Lions, Chiefs vs. Broncos and Eagles vs. Commanders. Tomorrow, it’s the Bears’ turn in Seattle, with kickoff at 7:15pm. That’s a lot of football and a good reason to clear some space on the coffee table.

Our chopped Prime Beef Brisket starts with a house-made dry rub and plenty of patience. Get it on a toasted Turano brioche bun, or order it by the half pound or pound and build your own spread.
