It’s time to post our tentative menu for the upcoming Pop Up collaboration dinner with Chefs Amaury Rosado and John Borras. The date is Saturday October 4th at 6:30p.m. at 312 Loft Fulton Market/West Loop Chicago. The exact address will be given at the time of confirmed payment to Chef Amaury Rosado. Just a reminder please do not remit payment to anyone but Chef Amaury Rosado. Please DM me for payment information. The cost is $225 all inclusive and BYOB. Chef John Borras and I Planning our October 4th Pop Up dinner menu of 8 tapas/courses. We have sold 7 tickets so only 9 remain. Menu, subject change, will be posted tomorrow, Thursday. The menu will include ingredients like Iberico ham, prime tenderloin, Iberico pork, duck breast and octopus. Hope you can join us for what will be a special evening. Cheers!
