We sold all our Smoked Shawarma Wings in one day! We are sorry they didn’t last longer- we prep a certain amount of orders to us get through the weekend but it just didn’t work out this time! Nevertheless we had a great day making great wings for great people. ❤️

New special alert 🚨

Starting tomorrow we will be doing some beautiful Smoked Shawarma Wings with Garlicky Cilantro Ranch!

We took some of A&A’s fresh chicken wings and packed them with flavor with a beautiful brine, a fragrant shawarma dry rub, and a good dose of mesquite smoke to enhance our shawarma’s savory and earthy flavor profile.😋 Once the wings are smoked we fry them crispy to order, and toss them in a bit more shawarma seasoning and melted butter. On the side is a sauce made with of fresh cilantro and parsley, sweet cooked shallots, house made garlicky toum and some good ol’fashioned ranch! It eats like Garlic Parmesan sauce, just better 🥹

We have 90 lbs of these bad boys and once they’re gone, that’s it! Come see us tomorrow and we will hook you up with this brand new special that has plenty of yummy Middle Eastern flair✌️&❤️

🔥🐔 Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwiches are the special for this weekend! Come see us tomorrow and get one before they run out! 🔥🐔

Some of the regulars have been asking to bring this one back ASAP; but in case you don’t know this is what we’re serving up tomorrow 👀

Fresh A&A chicken thighs, brined overnight and breaded in our southern style batter; each one cooked fresh to order! Once it’s done we brush it with a delicious spicy oil made with a blend of dark brown sugar, cayenne, and some secret spices! It’s a spicy, sweet, classic southern favorite- made fresh right here in Jackson, MI 🌶️

This bad boy is served on a brioche bun with a pile of sliced pickles and a sweet coleslaw to cut the heat and keep (at least some of) the sweat off your brow. 🥵 And we can’t forget to mention a side of our delicious hand cut fries 🍟

Korean street tacos are coming back tomorrow through the weekend! This special is a certified classic here at Booher’s 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷

We’re taking some beautiful ribeye steak, cubing it up, and marinating it in our house made bulgogi marinade. It’s heated up on the flat top then served with a funky, creamy cabbage slaw, fresh kimchi, cilantro and white onion, and some of our killer house made salsa verde! Served on some warm corn tortillas. It’s sweet, it’s spicy, it’s crunchy- it’s a Booher’s specialty and we are excited to cook it for you this weekend!

Surprise special alert!

We have some Chicken Parm Sandwiches with Vodka Sauce and provolone ready for you today!

We start with some beautiful fried chicken cutlets and top it with a fun take on a Vodka Sauce- we made ours extra chunky with roasted red peppers, caramelized shallots and red onions. 😋 Then we melt some provolone cheese on top, a huge handful of parmesan, and some fresh arugula dressed with lemon juice and olive oil. Served on a hoagie roll with a side of our fresh, handcut fries.

We’ve got that extra credit today! You know how we do it over here. 😉 Mangia, baby!

Starting tomorrow come try this brand new special- the Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak! 🔥

We took some of A&A’s beautiful chicken thighs and confit’ed them- low and slow with garlic and thyme. After that, we dice it up and toss it on our hot grill with melty white American cheese, grilled bell peppers and onions, our secret umami-packed spice blend, and some classic Buffalo sauce. This bad boy is served hot on a Turano hoagie roll with a drizzle of buffalo sauce and some house made blue cheese sauce! It’s that classic chicken wing flavor with a creamy, melty, delicious twist. This one comes with a side of our fresh, hand-cut fries 🍟

Starting tomorrow we will be serving some delicious Shrimp Fra Diavolo for you all! 😋

Pan-fried marinated shrimp served with a spicy and chunky tomato sauce built on fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, brandy, oregano, and clam juice! So good. This one is served with some delicious angel hair pasta. It’s a perfect dish for the warm weather. Come try it starting tomorrow until we sell out✌️& ❤️
