Spicy Tuna, avocado, cilantro and garlic crunch. Topped with glazed Dragon Shrimp (sweet tamari, pineapple chili, diced pineapple) finished with scallions.

Pan Seared Swordfish:
Marinated Swordfish (oregano, garlic, onion, salt and pepper) served over lobster mashed potatoes, bacon wrapped asparagus with a beurre blanc sauce.
