Originally from Carlisle, Indiana, Kyle brings nearly a decade of experience within Nashville’s hospitality landscape, spanning the cadence of neighborhood bars to the polish of fine dining. His approach is defined by precision, curiosity, and an instinctive sense of welcome.
 
At Yolan, he shapes our cocktail program with a reverence for seasonality and balance, crafting pairings that mirror the spirit of the Italian table. As he pursues his sommelier certification, his exploration of food, wine, and spirits continues to deepen the dialogue between glass and plate.

The Tomato–Basil Asiago Danish layers delicate, laminated dough with tomato–basil béchamel and Veneto’s asiago, prized for its alpine character and supple melt. The Miascia Apple Muffin draws from Lombardia’s rustic bread pudding, folding apples into tender croissant dough and finishing with pane caramello.
