Apricot, Ginger, teriyaki glazed spare ribs topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onion. Smokey char flavor with sticky Asian inspired sauce that we glaze onto the ribs over fire. Y'all come see us this weekend! We also have bone-in Cheshire pork chops, little neck clams tossed with pesto butter sauce served with grilled bread and of course all of our normal delicious regular menu items.

Fried bone-in regular pork chops and we have grilled bone-in family raised Cheshire pork chops. For anyone wondering what the difference is, I included a photo that should describe to you this amazing breed that needs more attention and I'm absolutely proud to serve it. One of my favorite things if not my favorite thing about doing what we do here is that we don't have to support factory farming and slave labor to supply our food. I'd be happy to name my farmers, the hour and a half drive for tomatoes when I can't get them next door. My beef farmer ACE Beef has been with me for a long time, with that being said, I have actually seen where my money goes. I have seen my community become better even if it's .01%. I've seen my community become better. Lanier farms, I'll see you soon. We do this together y'all, talk to your neighbor, support your neighbor and help the community as much as you can. I would just like to say thank you to everyone that has supported us. We will make sure we do our part everyday to make this place slightly better than it already is. If you have read this far, thank you and thank you for your last five years of support. đź’™

Other places sell hamburgers, we sell famous burgers. Double smash patty with American cheese that does not have any fake coloring or dyes and beef that is grown less than 5 miles away. If you want a good burger and you want to support a local farmer ACE Beef , we got you taken care of. Come by and see us sometime. Don't forget to order some fried squash!
