Bravo Gelato inside Ga***rd opryland hotel has immediate opening for a qualified individual. We are looking for help during our morning and night shifts. Must have full availability. Morning shifts start and 6-7 am and off between2-3pm Night shifts start at 2-4 pm and gets off between 10-11pm.Must be able to work weekends. This is a fulltime job with rotating shifts weekly.

Position opening for gelato maker:

We are currently looking to hire on a aecond gelato maker for our distribution center. Currently we are located off Elm Hill Pike, but will be moving in March/April to our new warehouse in Springfield, Tn. Pay will be discussed in the interview. Must have reliable
Transportation. Prefer someone with previous food experience.

An Ice Cream/ Gelato Maker will measure, mix, cook, and freeze ingredients to make frozen desserts, such as ice cream and gelato.

Ideal candidate is interested and willing to assist in all facets of crafting high quality Gelato and Sorbet. Must be clean, responsible, and very hard working. In addition, the ability to juggle many tasks and produce large quantities of product is critical. The incumbent must possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently with focus and dedication to the job. This is a professional kitchen and we expect professionalism from all of our employees.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Capable of following recipes accurately and memorizing volumetric measurements
Ability to lift at least 50-lbs, stand and work for long hours and perform other physically demanding tasks on a daily basis without getting tired
Follow directions confidently and precisely
Communicate effectively and directly with supervisors and colleagues
Compliance with all Food Safety Standards is mandatory
Management of all ordering and acceptance of daily deliveries and ability to keep things within set cost margins with suppliers
Work with FOH (Front of House) to establish and meet pars
Maintain organization of kitchen, including organization and cleanliness of dry storage, walk-ins, and dairy fridge
Conduct daily quality checks of products

We want co-workers who are fast learners that cannot only just make deliveries, but can also help in production of our products, as well as help with warehouse duties. Duties include, long haul deliverires, invoice making, sticker printing, maintaing cleaniness of warehouse, and helping with in gelato production. Longer deliveries are required Atlanta, Knoxville, and other cities across the southeast. Must be available to work Monday through Friday. Must be able to work every other weekend (short shift of a couple hours delivering to opryland hotel) and most holidays off. Pay would be discussed in interview based on experience. Extra hours can be made with helping in gelato production and helping keep the warehouse clean. We do have longer deliveries as well to Atlanta, Knoxville, and other citues across the southeast.
