As we get ready for another fall semester, we're looking back at some of our favorite moments from Quest Week 2025, when we had the privilege of welcoming Lipscomb's incoming first year residential students to campus.

Those first meals, new friendships, and shared experiences are all part of beginning the college journey, and we're honored to be a small part of those memories each year.

We look forward to welcoming the next class of first year Bison during Quest Week and seeing our returning students back on campus soon.

The Netflix documentary would be called: “Trying to Convince Students to Buy a Fall Meal Plan Before the Semester Starts.” 🎬🍽️

Coming this fall: campus cameos, dining dollars, retail meal exchanges, and a dining team gently reminding students that snacks alone are not a sustainable life plan.

Fall meal plans are open now, and we have a few incentives worth paying attention to:

🍗 Upgrade from the Bison Herd Plan to the Bison Ultimate Plan and choose a Chick-fil-A or Starbucks punch card
💸 Purchase a Commuter Meal Plan and receive $75 in Lipscomb Bucks

Meal plans help make campus life easier, whether students are heading to class, grabbing a quick bite, or trying to avoid the classic “what am I eating today?” question.

Don’t wait for the season finale. Make sure your fall meal plan is ready before the semester begins.

The Empire State climbers said, “How dramatic do y’all need this meal plan reminder to be?” and honestly... we heard them. 😭

Swipe through for your Lipscomb Dining meal plan reminder, served with a little chaos and a lot of campus perks.

This fall, students who upgrade from Bison Herd to Bison Ultimate can choose between 15 free Chick-fil-A sandwiches or 15 free grande Starbucks drinks.

Commuter students who purchase a commuter meal plan will receive $75 in Lipscomb Bucks.

No climbing buildings. No hanging banners. No risking it all for lunch. Just lock in your meal plan before August 23 and let Lipscomb Dining handle the food, the sips, and the good vibes.

Please note that Lipscomb Dining retail locations will be closed Thursday, July 2 through Sunday, July 5 in observance of the 4th of July holiday.

Closed locations include Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Uncle Dave’s C-Store.

Regular summer hours will resume on Monday, July 6. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend!

That’s a wrap on all four New Student Orientations! 🦬💜

Over the last three weeks, we have loved getting to meet our newest Bisons and their families, share more about dining on campus, answer meal plan questions, and help everyone get a little more comfortable before the fall semester begins.

We also want to give a special shoutout to the university’s Student Life, Admissions, and Quest Team for all of their hard work in making each orientation smooth, welcoming, and full of Bison pride. We are grateful to be part of the team helping students feel at home before they even step into the fall semester.

As a quick reminder, our meal plan incentives are still available. Students who upgrade from Bison Herd to Bison Ultimate can choose between a Chick-fil-A sandwich punch card or a Starbucks drink punch card. Commuter students who purchase a commuter meal plan can receive $75 in Lipscomb Bucks.

We are so excited to welcome our new Bisons to the herd and we can’t wait to see everyone back here in August!

Please join us in congratulating Styles Corder, our amazing Chick Fil A Supervisor at Lipscomb University Dining, for receiving the Dorer Regional THX Award for May!

The THX Award is a customer nominated recognition program that celebrates staff members who deliver excellent customer service and create meaningful guest experiences. Styles earned this recognition because our customers see what we see every day: his care, kindness, hard work, and commitment to going above and beyond.

This week, Styles was presented with his award by District Manager Scott Basil, General Manager Peter Fescoe, and Retail Manager Amy Huggins. He also received a personal virtual congratulations and thank you from Tom Dorer, SVP, NORAM OPS UNIV, for his outstanding service.
