Junior carries forward the DNA of our kitchens…uncompromising sourcing, thoughtful cooking, and a deep commitment to hospitality, while expanding our wine program and gathering an opening team entirely homegrown from our own dining rooms.

With Junior, we continue our pursuit of building places meant to last, restaurants crafted with the discipline and intention to become cultural institutions here in Nashville.
