Dear Pasta Lovers,

We are excited to announce that Nicoletto’s Italian Kitchen will be opening a new store in Hillsboro Village, close to the Belcourt theatre at 2123 Belcourt Ave in October 2019. The last five years of our story in East Nashville have shown us how fortunate we are to be able to do this day after a day and we want to say thank you to all of our customers for being a part of our dream.

The Hillsboro Village location will continue the story we started with the Italian Kitchen in East Nashville, offering fresh pasta bowls, sandwiches, salads and desserts, along with some awesome new menu items, beer and wine, and a more seating both indoor and on our large outdoor patio (just in time for perfect fall weather). We’re also adding more jobs at this location and are hiring immediately for all positions.

If you are reading this there is probably a good chance that you are aware of our story. If not, well, here’s our journey in a nutshell. We’re two brothers, Ryan and Danny Nicoletto, who have worked tirelessly to bring our version of elevated Italian-American food in a casual setting to Nashville. We’re focused primarily on fresh pasta and we take great pride in making bronze-cut pasta day in, day out.
We started small and we’re still small, growing sustainably and with a craft conscious approach to everything we do.
