We are pleased to introduce Patricia Cothren, General Manager of Dunleith Historic Inn.

With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality leadership, Patricia brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, business development, financial management, and guest experience. Throughout her career, she has successfully led properties affiliated with Marriott, Hilton, and IHG, earning a reputation for building strong teams, improving guest satisfaction, and driving operational success.

As General Manager of Dunleith Historic Inn, Patricia is honored to return to the community she has long called home and to help steward one of Natchez's most treasured historic landmarks. Her focus is on preserving Dunleith's rich heritage while enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the property's continued success for years to come.

Patricia is also deeply committed to community service, having served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards throughout her career. She currently serves as a member of Natchez Rotary and remains passionate about supporting both the hospitality industry and the Natchez community.

There are two kinds of people on Sunday mornings.

The first kind wakes up early, meal preps, goes for a jog, and drinks green juice.

The second kind wants someone else to make the biscuits, refill the cocktails, and bring them something delicious while they sit in a historic mansion pretending they have their life together.

We proudly cater to the second group. 😂🍽️

Sunday Lunch at The Castle is back on June 14 from 11 AM until 2 PM, and honestly… there are few better ways to spend a Sunday in Natchez. Good food, strong drinks, old friends, new stories, and just enough Southern charm to make you forget you have work tomorrow.

The menu will be released soon, but let’s just say the kitchen is already plotting things that may require stretchy pants and absolutely zero regrets.
