“My only regret is that we didn’t use Nauvoo Catering for all of our meals!” said the bride’s mother as she handed over a generous tip for my very dedicated staff.
The sandwich platter lunch was just the thing to feed the 60-person wedding party before they hit the road to return home. Sandwiches include Turkey & Ham on soft and freshly baked bread, Italian Grinder on house made focaccia, and chicken salad on a croissant baked so fresh we have to cool it well before we add the chicken salad!
This group had special dietary needs, and we were happy to partner with Bryant Homestead right here in Nauvoo for our gluten-free, dairy free sandwiches on homemade gluten-free sourdough. In Nauvoo, we work together and lift each other which is probably why our food has something a little extra that you can’t quite put your finger on.
