Individual spiritual direction is a one-to-one relationship between one desiring to deepen his or her connection to God and a non-anxious, non-judgmental, partner skilled in listening and the spiritual disciplines. The Spiritual Director serves as a “light on the path” as the seeker discovers the greater light of God’s Holiness that exists in and around each person of faith. Group Spiritual Direction

Group spiritual direction is designed to help nurture a community of seekers. Through monthly gatherings with a Director, and through ongoing prayer, the members of the group provide a spiritual presence and support for one another as each travels along his or her individual spiritual journey.
