This month is our anniversary month and we are trying to feature some of our menu items and our great employees here at The Rusty Cowboy! Today is Josh’s day! Even though we are so sad that Sunday is Josh’s last day we would like to feature his goodness! I have known Josh all of his life also! I went to high school with both of his parents. Great kid and awesome parents. We are wondering how we are going to make it without him! He keeps the kitchen in check. He keeps the expeditor line going. He’s so good at what he does. When times get tough in the kitchen, he cranks the turtle box up and sings his way through. The kid can sing! Thank you Josh for all you did for us.! I wish you could stay but I know you have bigger fish to fry! You will do great things in life! Stay humble and kind.❤️🤠

We are still tweaking a few things but it is up and running.
Also, we finally joined Uber Eats and Door Dash for your delivery service. I wanted to be open a year before I added these features. I wanted everything to be a great experience once you get it home. I hope this is something that will make things easier for our customers!❤️🤠

This month we are celebrating our one year anniversary here at The Rusty Cowboy! We are featuring our great employees and some of our favorite items we server here. Today I would like to tell you about an item that is not on our menu but available everyday.
Ribeye Street Tacos. We grill a 6 oz ribeye and cut into pieces and place on small corn tortillas along with grilled and raw onions, and cilantro. It comes with five tacos and oh so delicious! You have to try them. They are also available on our short lunch menu through the drive thru Wednesday-Friday!

I know I’m behind on featuring our employees and entrees but I’m going to catch up this week! We’ve had a lot of year end inspections and I’ve been a bit tied up, but one thing I’m very proud to say… 99 on our health inspection!! I don’t know why I was so worried I guess I was having ptsd.🤣
Anyway, this is Jacob’s day! Jacob is a server, started with us with no sever experience and took the job by the horns! He is one of the nicest, polite, big hearted young men I have ever met. I have known him since birth and wow what a great young man he has turned out to be. No job is too big for him! Come by to see for yourself! Everyone loves Jacob! Thank you Jacob for being a part of out great team here at The Rusty Cowboy!❤️🤠
