Order at foodinis.com Foodini's was started in 1999 after Chef John wanted a change from the restaurant life. He started out with one personal chef client, then two. Before you knew it, he was making a good living and having a blast doing it. Foodini's naturally morphed into a full service catering company soon after its inception. Although Foodini's focuses more on corporate catering and larger scale events, Chef John continues to prepare customized meals for his Meal Prep Delivery service clientele. Chef John solidified his role as a prominent Jersey Shore caterer in 2007 when he purchased and built out his 1200 square foot commercial kitchen in Neptune, NJ. Stop by and say hi!

Paella comes two ways at Foodinis. Cooked fresh in our kitchen and ready to go, or fired up in the big 3-foot pan right at your event.

Kitchen or party? You pick. We’ll bring the Paella. 🥘🔥

A solid foundation is so important to build upon. I'm honored to have had the opportunity to attend the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in 1996 to learn and grow as a young cook.

30 years later and I'm still learning and loving what I do! 🧑‍🍳🤘

A little behind the scenes of one of my favorite preparations. Precision, patience, and a perfectly cooked rack of lamb 🥩🔥
