Recently, Chef Daniel set up something special for the Cypress Hall team! 🙏 We had the opportunity to visit wilderswagyu (Wilders Wagyu) and spend time learning more about the care, craftsmanship, and dedication that go into raising exceptional beef. From the pastures and barns to the feeding process and, of course, the incredible Wagyu tasting, it was an experience that gave us an even deeper appreciation for the ingredients we serve.

At Cypress Hall, we believe great dining starts long before a dish reaches the table. We’re grateful for the chance to learn from the people who make it possible and for the relationships that connect local agriculture with unforgettable meals.
