Join us for our launch on healing events

Movement Therapy & Release is a workshop we will be offering bi-weekly that can help with the fallowing :

•energetically grounding yourself for longevity

•learning move your body in fluid manners that can help release tension & being in the yin (restorative energy that allows our body and mind to slow down, rest and relax.)

•integration of soft style body weight movement

•learn how movement can help create a better connection & language with yourself & your community

“Coach semet masterfully blends holistic restoration & strength training to create bodies that can do what they love to do. You’ll experience a Buddha like zen flow with a drill Sergeant mentality that gets the job done right.

I am excited to share my years of experience and cultivate a creative and healthy environment through my passion and craft “

At tokers path we are welcoming people who are true to to their community & authenticity, so we hope that you all can flourish & benefit from what we are offering. It is a privileged for us to work with you.

Well be meeting every other Saturday for the summer at tokers Path from 12-1pm, we hope to see you there.

I am beyond blessed to share medicine with my community & honored to be here creating magical healing remedies ✨
