add more pizza sauce, our 100% real provolone cheese, and any additional toppings before returning it to the oven. After all of the toppings are cooked, the pizza is brought out of the oven and cut into squares to be sold by the slice or by the pan. But what makes it even better is that we use only the freshest available ingredients that are never frozen, grate the 100% real provolone cheese ourselves, and prepare everything from scratch in our own kitchens.
