We make our own style of bbq called Kansa-Lina bbq that’s a combination between the sweet savory taste of Kansas-City bbq and the vinegar Carolina style. All meats are slow smoked with hickory wood and seasoned with my custom blend of spices and herbs. Combining the vinegar-based taste of Carolina Style BBQ with the sweet savory taste of Kansas City, Ricky D's Rib Shack has created "KansaLina" BBQ

. My ribs and brisket are moist and smoked to tender perfection. My BBQ chicken and pulled pork are slowly smoked and full of flavor!
