and friends together through the simple joy of a sweet, refreshing treat. We will be serving with care, local ice cream from Carmen and David's Creamery. Our goal is to serve our City of Lancaster with a delicious product in an efficient and happy way. We will be parked and located in locations throughout downtown Lancaster. Introducing PENNY’S WAREHOUSE & WALK UP WINDOW… COMING EARLY THIS SUMMER 2026!!

As we roll into year 11 of being open, the Lancaster community has watched us ebb and flow, change and grow and now we’ve hit yet another season of that! This winter we decided to move into a new ice cream production space and with the new space sparked the idea of a WALK UP WINDOW. More details to come in the next few weeks and we would like to be open early summer! Our new location will be at 1148 Elizabeth Ave Lancaster, PA🤘🏻
