Tom Hamilton has made a career of pushing rock n’ roll boundaries. Since 2000, Hamilton has fronted a cadre of bands, including Brothers Past, American Babies and Ghost Light. He also sings and plays lead guitar in the juggernaut contemporary Grateful Dead cover band, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead. 

It wasn’t until a series of personal and societal crises compelled the Philadelphia-based musician/songwriter/producer to reconsider his approach and finally forge ahead under his own name.

 “When you're in a van on the road for 20 years, you live in your bubble, you think that your world is one way — and it's not. The pandemic break gave me the time to see that. Then my band broke up and my dad got sick. The only refuge I had was the studio.”

I’m Your Vampire, Hamilton’s most personal effort yet, is a 10-song suite wreathed in tattered-flannel rock & roll that encapsulates Hamilton’s salvation in isolation, as he sorts through the darkness to find a pinpoint of light.

“It takes effort to not just be jaded as we age — to not look at the world in a hardened way,” Hamilton says. “Yeah, it's a dark, dark fu***ng time, let's make some lemonade.”

His album, I’m Your Vampire, co-produced by Hamilton and Alex Farrar (MJ Lenderman/Wednesday), is out now via AWAL/Relix.

Join Fiona for a relaxed, hands-on ceramics workshop where you’ll create your own bohemian bell using pinch pot and hand building techniques. No experience needed.

$85 + ticket fees (includes all materials, glazing, assembly and cocktail or NA drink of your choice)

You’ll work with speckled buff clay and choose from Fiona’s studio glaze library to create soft, layered boho finishes. Fiona will then assemble your bell for you, forming a statement piece with a 5" bell head — perfect for the home or garden and designed to make the most beautiful, gentle sound.

You will also design and make the beads and adornments, carefully choosing their arrangement to complement your glaze choices, so each bell feels balanced, intentional, and one-of-a-kind.

After firing and glazing, your finished bell will be returned fully assembled with h**p string and ready to hang.

Craft & A Cocktail means you’ll be making alongside a drink of your choice — cocktail, wine, beer, or non-alcoholic option — in a relaxed, social studio setting where creativity meets good company.

A special night of deep improvisation, jazz fusion, and exploratory groove as SPAGA brings together three powerhouse musicians for an intimate live experience.

Led by Aron Magner—best known as the keyboardist and co-founder of The Disco Biscuits—SPAGA marks a return to his jazz roots, blending classical training, jazz harmony, and expansive improvisation with his signature electronic sensibility.

Joining him is bassist and composer Jason Fraticelli, a long-standing force in the Philly/NY creative music scene whose work spans collaborations with Matisyahu, Melody Gardot, Robert Glasper, and more, alongside his acclaimed projects Fresh Cut Orchestra.

On drums is Matt Scarano, one of Philadelphia’s most in-demand drummers, known for his versatility across jazz, classical crossover, and contemporary improvisation.

Everyone is an artist. That’s what Craft & A Cocktail is all about.

We created these workshops to give people a space to play again — to roll up their sleeves, have a drink, and make something beautiful and useful with their own hands. Mostly ceramics, but not always. Functional little bohemian treasures made with soul.

With a little guidance, good music, clay, glazes, and a cocktail (or coffee, beer, wine, or mocktail), people who “aren’t creative” suddenly remember that they absolutely are.

Be here now. Make things. Play play play. ✨

We’re always adding new workshops to our website and social media — ceramics, terrariums, wreaths, seasonal crafts, and more. Every class includes materials, instruction, and a lovely drink while you create.
