There’s something about hearing a loon across the water that makes you stop for a second.

It feels wild. Familiar. Rooted. Like a reminder of where you are and why this place matters.

This sticker was inspired by that feeling — the quiet beauty of northern mornings, lake country, and the places around New London that make you want to slow down and pay attention.

A honey-processed coffee from the renowned Las Lajas Micromill, known for its innovation and care in Costa Rican specialty coffee.

One of the best parts of New London?

You don’t have to go far to find a little adventure.

With 15 lakes within 15 miles, there’s always a reason to get outside, slow down, and take the scenic route.

The Waysetter Camp Cup was made for those kinds of mornings — coffee in hand, somewhere beautiful, with a little room to breathe.

Since the fire, the path to opening has looked a little different than we expected, but we’re still moving forward.

The cleaning is nearly done, and we’re getting closer. Up next, we have some flooring that needs to be replaced, along with a few finishing pieces before we can finally open the doors.

We’re aiming to open in the early part of July and will continue sharing updates as the space comes together.

In the meantime, we just want to say thank you.

Thank you for being patient with us. Thank you for encouraging us. Thank you for showing up at our pop-ups and during our short coffee hours at the Little Theatre Auditorium. Every cup, conversation, and kind word has meant more than you know.

This delay has been frustrating, but it hasn’t changed the vision. We’re still here, still working, and still excited to bring Waysetter Coffee to life in downtown New London.

The path forward hasn’t been perfectly straight, but we’re still charting the course.

Find your current. 🛶

There’s something special about being able to drop a kayak in the water right here in New London and spend time on the Middle Fork of the Crow River.

Quiet stretches. Moving water. A different view of the place we get to call home.

This little sticker was created around a simple idea: we all have a current to find. A direction. A rhythm. A way forward that feels true to who we are.

For us, Waysetter has always been rooted in that feeling — getting outside, paying attention, choosing the path less traveled, and appreciating the places that shape us.

We love this town. We love this river. And we’re grateful to build something inspired by both.

A little Waysetter update. ☕️

While we’re still waiting on cleanup and finishing work at the shop after the fire, we’re incredibly grateful to have a place to keep serving coffee in the meantime.

A huge thank you to the Little Theatre Auditorium for graciously opening their space to us so we can bring a small part of the Waysetter menu to New London while we wait to open our doors.

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, June 23, we’ll be serving espresso drinks and drip coffee from 8–10 AM at the Little Theatre.

We’ll continue Monday through Saturday from 8–10 AM, likely until the shop is ready to open.

So if you’ve been waiting to try a Waysetter iced & hot lattes, americano, or drip coffee, stop on by this week. Abby and the team would love to see you.

Porchfest in New London is almost here. 🎶☕️

There’s something pretty special about seeing this town come alive with music, people walking around, familiar faces, and the kind of community energy that makes New London feel like New London.

We’ll be set up tomorrow behind the future home of Waysetter Coffee serving fresh drip coffee and cold brew starting at 8 AM until we’re out of coffee.

Come grab a cup before heading out to enjoy Porchfest, take a break between sets, or just stop by and say hello.

The Boundary Waters is one of those places that makes you slow down, look around, and feel grateful for the path you’re on.
