We opened quietly over the memorial day weekend. Hoping to ease our new staff into the 2012 season. Traffic was fair even if the weather wasn't. Our new menu items were well received, especially the pulled pork offerings and our new flatbread pizzas.
Tomorrow we will be firing up the grill in the beer garden. Featuring our 1/3 lb. burgers with all the trimmings served up on a hearty tuscan roll. Stop in, meet the new faces and enjoy a great meal.

And we have opened up our gift shop. Showcasing local artists and crafters from the area. Very talented folks here in Meadows Valley. Many one of a kind gifts available. Drop by and take a look!

It has been a fun summer\fall. Going into winter we have decided to end on the high note of Rib Night and close the cafe for the winter. All the staff and management want to express their thanks to the folks of Meadows Valley. You have made our first season a very successful one. We all look forward to meeting up again in the spring. May 2012 will bring new menu items, and more nightly specials patterned after rib night. Let the snow fly!!!! See you next May.

Wednesday Night Ribs again at the Porch. 12.95\half rack or 18.95\full rack with all the sides, (beans, cole slaw and roll). And...... we have added a chicken selection to the menu tonight. Lemon Basil seasoned Chicken breast with veggies, taters and roll for 7.95. We hope to see another great turnout this week but if you cant join us take out orders are available. Great turnout last night. Thank you Meadows Valley! Our ribs sold out by 6:11pm. They were amazing by all accounts. We will make sure to cook up a bunch more next week. Thanks to all the folks who were so understanding and stayed to enjoy one of our other dishes. The Porch was packed all night. Misty's deserts ROCKED the house! A fun gathering with a fun community. Looking forward to the next event.

BBQ RIBS !!!!!! Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm. We have been perfecting the recipe all week. We NAILED it!!!!! Dry rubbed and slow cooked, smoked, over apple wood, these baby backs are fall off the bone good. Add some spuds, cole slaw and fresh baked rolls = a little slice of heaven. Get em while they last.

Labor Day Weekend was a huge success. Doug the "grill Master" satisfied many a logger sized appetite with his BBQ Burgers. Heading into winter we will be changing up our hours of operation. It's looking like thur. - Sun, 8am- 7pm for the month of September. Look for new menu items to include winter time comfort food!! Hunters and steelheaders are always welcome.

Plenty of activities to take advantage of this weekend in Meadows Valley. The Front Porch will be there with Friday night beer specials, (2.50 premiums & .75 Keystones). $2 chips and Salsa and $1 discount on Hot Wings . Saturday and Sunday Backyard BBQ features 1/3 lb. burger and fixins, chips or salad and soft drink for $5. Discount $1 on our specialty Wraps. Saturday and Sunday breakfast specials..... 10% off our killer breakfast sandwiches and burritos.

Wing Wednesday was a hit. Bikers, hikers, golfers, truckers and fire fighters all enjoyed our tastey wings at half price. Sorry chickens......But......We're gonna do it again next Wednesday.

Thanks to everyone who has stopped in and made our soft opening a big success. Our Grand opening will begin this coming Friday and we will be expanding our menu to include dinner entres'. Pot roast, pasta bakes and chicken pot pie are just a few of the offerings. The beer garden is wonderful and has entertained several guests.
