This March, MaMou welcomes James Beard-nominated of (St. Michael’s, Maryland) for a one-night collaboration dinner with Chef celebrating the flavors of the Gulf South and the Chesapeake Bay.

This evening is also a reunion. Michael and Tom first cooked side by side while coming up at Lacrois at The Rittenhouse, and now they reunite in the French Quarter for a four-course tasting menu that explores the natural overlap between the Louisiana and Mid-Atlantic coasts.

Expect Chesapeake Bay oysters, a Gulf Seafood Boil terrine with crawfish and blue crab, Blue Crab Cacio e Pepe and strawberry soup with crepe farcie.

Sunday, March 15
Four courses | $175 per person
Optional wine pairings are available.
