Chef's Summer Specials have arrived at Dooky Chase's Restaurant.

Inspired by Chef Zoe Chase and the bounty of Louisiana's summer gardens, this seasonal menu celebrates fresh local produce, Gulf seafood, and the traditions that continue to shape our table.

This summer's offerings feature dishes like Stuffed Eggplant, Stuffed White Summer Squash, Pan Fried Gulf Fish with stewed cucuzza squash and tomato, and U-12 Gulf Shrimp served with yellow summer squash in a butter garlic sauce.

Join us as we celebrate the flavors of the season - rooted in family, culture, and the spirit of New Orleans.
