Chef's surgery went well. Now let's just hope for a speedy recovery!

We will close for our summer vacation after dinner service on August 15 and will reopen mid-September. We apologize for the longer closing, but Chef is having surgery and needs a little longer to recuperate. We'll keep you updated on the recovery and reopening.

Chef Wolfe will be judging the Alligator Soiree at the Louisiana Restaurant Association Expo this Sunday. Culinary students from across the state will compete using alligator as the main component in an appetizer and entree dish.
