ulinary Arts at The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) and The Natural Gourmet Institute. Amy volunteered at the James Beard Foundation and assisted guest chefs. After relocating back to her hometown of New Paltz, she cooked at The Village Tea Room & Restaurant. She continues to work with their catering team as a freelance chef.
