With 30 years behind the bar, Chris thrives on the fast pace, loves meeting new people, and says the best part is that every shift flies by.
When he’s dining at The Spott, you’ll usually find him with a perfectly cooked ribeye. But if Chef’s featuring a rotating protein—especially venison or veal—he’s ordering that without hesitation.
When he’s off the clock, Chris is still creating. From baking fresh bread to smoking brisket for hours, his passion for craftsmanship doesn’t stop when his shift ends.
