Cupcakes and cookies may always get the attention and be our top sellers, but scones have become our signature treat!! Thanks for always supporting our wild ideas, and embracing all the new fun flavors!! 😘

Whether you stopped our shop or grabbed one with your coffee at we are so grateful!! 🫶🏻

Today, I visited with a customer and was reminded to step back and look at the business we have built, and look how far we have come. It’s been amazing and hard all at once! I’ve trusted and will continue to trust that we are right where we are meant to be! A grounding moment for sure🥺

Wishing everyone a wonderful Memorial Day as we remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day feels especially meaningful as we remember Captain Bianchi from New Ulm, a WWII Medal of Honor recipient whose body was identified using Becky’s dad’s DNA. My grandparents would have felt so proud knowing this. In 2018, my grandma received a letter requesting my grandfather’s(Frederick Bianchi III) DNA, and several years later he was a perfect match to help identify Willibald “Bill.” Science is amazing and so is family history!! What an incredible and touching story for my mom and siblings to be a part of! ❤️

After 81 years, he was finally brought home to New Ulm this month and laid to rest. 🇺🇸

Yesterday’s pop-up was as steady and lovely as the rain. ☔️ We needed the rain just like we needed you! ❤️

Red, white and blue is one of my absolute favorites to decorate with and we love baking with rhubarb! I think it just all reminds me of summer! 🇺🇸

So grateful for each and every one of you who waited in line — even in the rain — to support us. Your kindness, patience, and support mean more than you know. ❤️ Thank you for showing up for Becky Bakes, rain and all!
