We decided to heat things up a little for our BlackStack Brewing happy hour this Friday!

Introducing “The Stack!” Burger

All beef patty, homemade sliced German bratwurst, melted white cheddar, brussel-kraut, mustard sauce made with BS Slopes, all piled high on a fresh baked pretzel bun made by yours truly! Also comes with a side of beer cheese dipping sauce also made with Slopes.

Wash it all down with one of these 3 delicious Blackstack beers that will be available on tap tomorrow night!

We may not brew our own beer over here at the Divide but we do make a point to try to keep a strong connection and relationship with the people that do. That also goes for our ingredients, if we can foster good relationships with local farmers/growers and makers we try to. We feel It’s important to stay close to the food and beverages you consume.

Anyways, stop in and try out this collaboration with our friends over at Disgruntled Brewing and continue to help us support the little guys when we can.

Stop and try some of Dan’s Honey products! Lots and lots of different delicious infused honey samples. You can also check out his small observation hive with live bees! 🐝 

You could also do some fun sun printing projects in front of the cultural center.

NYM Nam Jim Jaew is a Thai dipping sauce with lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, green onion, cilantro, mint, Thai chilis, fried shallots, and toasted rice flour.

It is so good you will want to drink the left over sauce!
