Aunts et Uncles is growing, and we’re looking for the right people to grow with us.

This Monday, we’re opening our doors for an in-person hiring fair. We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals, creatives, kitchen talent, and community-minded individuals who understand what it means to be part of building something with purpose.

Come prepared.

Bring your résumé, certifications, licenses, food handler’s permits, barista certifications, culinary training, management experience, or any credentials that help tell your story. More importantly, come with a clear understanding of where you are in your career and where you’d like to go next.

We are interested in people who:

• Understand hospitality beyond customer service

• Have a growth mindset
• Want to contribute to a culture rooted in community, excellence, and care

Roots Picnic is in the books.

This weekend was special.

There’s something wild about building a restaurant on a patch of grass, showing up before sunrise, carrying tables, fryers, tents, product, and somehow turning it all into a place that feels like home for thousands of people.

Our burgers and sandos were flying out the door all weekend and one of the ingredients that made that possible was the bun.

We’ve been rocking with from the beginning. Not because it was a partnership. Not because somebody cut a check. Simply because we liked the product and it worked for what we were trying to build.

So when we reached out about Roots Picnic and they stepped up to support, it meant something.

Feeding 40,000+ people takes a village. The guests only see the finished sandwich. They don’t see the trucks, the prep, the calls, the pivots, the problem-solving, or the partners behind the scenes helping make it all happen.

Big thank you to for believing in us and helping us serve our community at one of the biggest stages we’ve ever had.

Grateful for the support. Grateful for the people. On to the next.

This past weekend we pulled up with our friends for a pop-up with .life.

Served a few calm camp bites while getting to spend real time with the founders + team behind the gear we’ve been putting to work.

We used the full RUX system throughout our California / desert run, so hearing the story behind the design, decisions, and evolution hit different.

Good product solves problems. Great product changes how you move.

Not every collaboration needs a stage to feel important.

Sometimes it’s a conversation over cocktails.
A table layered with intention.
Music low enough to hear people laugh.
Food passed hand to hand.
A sauce from our family kitchen finding its way into rooms we once only imagined being in.

Last night with Rivian and Chase reminded us that hospitality is still one of the most powerful ways to connect people.

No loud branding.
No forced moments.
Just good people, thoughtful details, and an atmosphere that felt human.

Grateful to continue building bridges between culture, food, design, and community through Aunts et Uncles.

Seeing things through… together.
We almost didn’t make it past the 5 year mark. Everything came our way just to make sure we really mean what we said about MAKING IT IN. We found ourselves sacrificing everything safe and comfortable to make a way for others. To live, eat, connect, learn, and grow.

So we are now taking some time. To realign ourselves. The purpose, the vision and the mission. What’s for us will come in power and in time.
