Meet the father of
“Born and raised in Paris, France, my childhood was a cultural melting pot paced by a Moroccan family background, a french traditional education and two years spent in Israel. It is during that time that I acquired a taste for both the french rigor and knowledge as well as oriental inspirations that led to my interest in the culinary world. I have a dedication for balance in both creativity and know-how, culinary taste and esthetics, innovation and tradition. I was raised in an Epicurean household, son of a chocolaterie owner and a fashion designer, I was taught the important value of art and artisanship.”
