We take pride in providing the freshest organic, never processed or pasteurized cold press juice. Having hands on experience in the cold press juice industry and being avid juicers ourselves, we noticed several serious issues. The short list: The juices we wanted were of
ten not available or approaching expiration. We could taste that the produce was pressed right before expiration. The fruits and vegetables in the cold pressed drinks were not %100 percent organic. Ingredients were not 100% cold pressed. Ingredients were consistently inconsistently proportioned. When looking online for same or next day cold pressed organic deliveries, we noticed outrageous shipping costs, ridiculous markups, HPP (high pressured pasteurization) and /or little commitment to pure organic ingredients. We decided enough was enough and we began cold pressing our own juices; the improvement was remarkably noticeable from day one. After sharing our juices with dozens of friends our thoughts were confirmed; our passion and integrity provided hands down, the best juices ever. We took their advice to share our product with our community, forming Cooldown juice. What, When, Where, How? Each 16 oz. bottle consists of as much as five pounds of organic raw produce, fueling your body and mind with an incredible amount of live nutrients, minerals and enzymes. Our method of pressing each ingredient separately, on a made to order basis ensures the freshest, highest quality of juice on the market. To further ensure we provide the best possible product, we juice all of our produce exclusively using the innovative, best-of-breed Norwalk 280. The Norwalk extracts juice using techniques similar to how we chew but far more efficiently. Fruits and vegetables are ground to a pulp using a hydraulic press, juices are literally squeezed out of the organic produce. Sure, our method of juicing is quite time consuming, but cold pressing juice is the only means of extracting raw juice without heating or oxidizing, leaving you with untainted liquids that retain their nutrients for days as opposed to minutes. With proper refrigeration, Cooldown juices maintain their immense nutritional qualities for up to four days from the time it was pressed.
