In 1759, Arthur Guinness signed a 9,000-year lease on a brewery in Dublin for £45 a year. Either the man was a genius or completely out of his mind. Possibly both.

What he built has been present at more of life's moments than most people care to count. A celebration, a consolation, or simply a reason to sit down with someone you like.

We take it seriously around here.

A little bit of Spain, a little bit of Ireland. The Hibernian Highball starts with our own J.J. Corry whiskey, aged in sherry casks so it already carries something from both worlds, brought together with Jameson Black Barrel, DOM Bénédictine, and Giffard Caribbean Pineapple. A splash of Spanish mineral soda ties it all together.
