Is Summer time! During this season California sea urchin lost its sweet taste and flavor. Instead, we have lots of Hokkaido uni! Which are very sweet and creamy.

Japanese Restaurant week 2014 has reached its end and Yuba is grateful for the opportunity to participate in this great event and therefor the chance to serve our guests with Yuba's menu. Thanks to all the guests that had made suggestions and voiced their opinions about the menu Yuba have designed for the event, thank you very much for your visit and we are looking forward to Japanese Restaurant Week 2015 to provide a even greater experience!

Yuba is currently in it's 3rd week participation of the Japanese Restaurant Week 2014 event, thanks to all guests that have tried our pre-fix menu and we are looking forward to provide more great experiences.

Today's highlights of chef recommended Sushi Selections at Yuba: Spanish blue fin toro (all grades) or blue fin akami, amberjack, and king salmon. We're looking forward to your visit.
