The James Beard Foundation has launched “Good To Go”, a kiosk inside .nyc whose mission is to incubate new Fast Casual concepts. I think would be the perfect fit. They are looking to help black owned chefs successfully grow their restaurant concepts.

As you can understand this is an EXTREMELY difficult program to get into so I’d need y’all to help me get their attention. If you think that would be a good fit tag and let them know how deserving we are of this opportunity

“Everything Oxtail” is as the name suggest Everything Oxtail. Some menu items include:

Oxtail Lo Mein
Oxtail Tacos
Oxtail Fries
Oxtail Rice + Peas
Oxtail Empanadas
