This weekend, our UWS Manager competed in the United States Barista Competition using a coffee from Rwanda called Kanzu.

His signature drink was comprised of Kanzu, bee pollen, mirabelle plum purée, meyer lemon juice, Fever-Tree tonic, and a chamomile infused simple syrup. We will be featuring this drink, which he calls "Winter Is Going" on Saturday, Feb. 28th between 10a-4p in our St. Marks store for $8. Photo credit
