As the founder and head cook here at Truffles and Pearls, my passion is to create homemade dishes that soothe the soul and make one’s heart smile. My Greek heritage, as well as my love for cooking and throwing elaborate dinner parties for family and friends, is the catalyst that inspired me to pursue a dream of making people happy through my cooking. I thank my family and friends for believing in

me and encouraging me to start my own business. George Bernard Shaw once wrote, “There is no love sincerer, than the love of food.” Food has this incredible power that helps us create fond memories with family and friends, “mend fences,” and soothe one’s spirit. We all have a food we absolutely love and adore because it provides us warmth and comfort. We can describe the way it smells, tastes, and makes us feel. The bottom line is, food is universal and we all look forward to digging into something delicious. That is the very experience we strive to evoke here at Truffles and Pearls.
