Re-introducing one of our favorite bowls, the Chili Crisp Chicken Bowl! If you've been with us from the start, you're familiar with these juicy, crispy chicken bites tossed in our very own Chili Crisp, and paired with our scallion mayo.

In addition to a variety of unique chili flakes, such as the traditional Sichuan chili flake and the more unusual cobanero chili, we used a lot of spices, such as cumin, coriander, and cardamom. It's savory, nutty, spicy, and oh so satisfying - come get it now!

Meet our version of the classic Soy Roasted Chicken. We marinate the chicken thigh overnight with a unique blend of spices, roast them to give it a slight char, and pair it with our signature ginger scallion oil. Simple, clean, yet incredibly satisfying. Paired with our charred broccoli and watercress kale salad, it's what we call a perfect everyday bowl!
