The celebration continues.

As part of our first anniversary, Beto, our founder, joined us to share a few words with the team, blow out a candle, and celebrate with our beloved Pastel de Campechanas and our cousin Nacho’s chocolate cake recipe.

¡UN AÑO! A year ago, we opened our doors carrying with us the traditions we grew up around: family recipes, conversations around the fire, carne asada, Mexican hospitality, and the belief that a table is meant to bring people together.

What followed has been more than we ever imagined. We’ve celebrated the spirit of Northern Mexico far from home, welcomed an extraordinary team, opened our doors to guests from around the world, shared memorable meals, raised countless toasts, and watched familiar faces become part of our story.

Along the way, we’ve been embraced by an incredible city and a hospitality community that has welcomed us with generosity, support, and friendship. To every guest who has joined us around the table, and to every member of our team who brings warmth and hospitality to this house every day, thank you!

This first year belongs to all of you. Cuerno es tu casa.

We know the best way to celebrate Mother’s Day is around a good brunch, which is why we’re excited to introduce weekend brunch at Cuerno. Inspired by late mornings in Northern Mexico, the menu brings together dishes like chilaquiles, huevos, chicharrón, empalmes, and our beloved conchas, a classic Mexican sweet bread. Join us Saturdays and Sundays from 12 to 5… and stay as long as you’d like!

*Brunch will continue throughout patio season.
