Seven years ago, we set out to introduce delicious, authentic chai to the Western world. Today, we’re announcing that Kolkata Chai has received a strategic investment from Michelin-starred Chef Vikas Khanna, Jimmy Rizvi and the newly formed Bungalow Hospitality Investments fund.

Chef Vikas Khanna (Vikas Khanna) is globally celebrated chef, humanitarian, filmmaker and icon. His ability to tell stories through food while shedding light on cultural and culinary nuances are reflective of his unrelenting passion to further Indian cuisine.

With him and the Bungalow Hospitality Management (BHM) team on our side, we’re excited to share our flavors and products with more people across the globe. Chef Vikas Khanna joins Hasan Minhaj as we enter the next phase of expanding our brand nationally, including more cafes, launching in grocery stores and bringing more delicious chai to everyone.
