Yesterday, we had the opportunity to host a few students from .

They spent the afternoon with Chef Chintan Pandya, this year’s CCAP Mentor of the Year, in a Q&A that got into the reality of the industry, giving them the opportunity to ask anything they wanted.

After, and the Dhamaka team put out a multi-course lunch. The kind of food we cook every day, it an opportunity to show the students all the regional and specific dishes.

It was a great time hosting the future of the industry, thank you to the team! 🔪
