An Choi is a Vietnamese eatery and bar located in the Lower East Side. Founded by brothers Tuan Bui and Huy Bui in 2009, it was listed on Best Restaurants Under $25 by . Regarded as a popular neighborhood hangout, An Choi serves Vietnamese classics such as Banh Mi and Pho. The decor is inspired by streetside dining in neon-lit alleyways seen throughout Saigon. Pioneering as one of the first restaurants focused on a traditional menu with a curated dining experience that first generation Vietnamese-Americans and tastemakers alike could identify and be inspired by.
