Dallis Bros is our roaster of choice. Galerie de Cafe is a European-style specialty coffee shop in the heart of Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. Our baristas specialize in rainbow latte art, which pairs nicely with the local children’s art hanging on our walls. We also have a latte art printer where you can order a drink with a specific image digitally recreated in milk. It’s not just about looks

though - we take pride in the quality of everything on our menu, from the Dallis Bros coffee we serve to the Balthazar/Amy’s Bread pastries that complement our drinks. Come by for a great cup of coffee in a cozy, friendly environment.
